Mandell Jackson is the Vice President & General Manager of Health Equity at Quest Diagnostics. While at Quest Diagnostics he has also held the following positions: Vice President of Commercial Neurology, Executive Director of Commercial Learning and Regional Sales Director. Prior to joining Quest Diagnostics in 2010, he spent 16 years in the pharmaceutical industry holding various leadership positions across the U.S. at Merck & Co. and Pfizer. His medical services and sales career gifted him with experience in a number of focused areas and specialties to include: Sales, Customer Operations, Human Resources, Cardiology, Infectious Disease, Neurology and Health Plans.
He was commissioned as a US Naval Surface Warfare Officer in 1991, served through 1995 and completed a tour of duty in the Persian Gulf as part of Operation Desert Storm. He served 5 additional years as a field Artillery soldier in the Army Reserves.
Mandell holds a B.S. in Industrial Technology from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. He serves as Vice President on the board of Aggie-Gentz LLC and is a Life Member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Incorporated.
Mandell currently resides in Cumming, GA and is a proud father of 2 daughters, Taya, a sophomore at the University of Kentucky and Ryan, a freshman at Campbell University.
